Useless app from a company that shouldn't be allowed to operate
Half the time I enter the log in details I set up and it doesn't do anything just stays on the same screen, when I rarely do manage to log in can never make payment as payment screen not working, no box available to re enter email address and won't let me continue, have to phone up to make payment everytime, have reported issue to agent but still never works
Dodgy company. Keep sending letters for the previous tenant despite KNOWING he does NOT live here. They delete ALL negative comments on Facebook as they have such a negative reputation.
Do s not let you pay your bill through the app you still have to ring them that's why there getting no stars

shocking for a company who wants payed!!takes you to a page that doesn't look safe to put your personal details on. then as soon as you click send it shuts off.. have I payed? who knows cos Barclays app is just as bad!! sod lot of you. you want paying come to me door!!
